  • Defined output and outcome indicators for each programme, reviewed quarterly.
  • Independent financial audits and statutory compliance (12A / 80G, Form 10BD/10BE).
  • Annual report and impact report shared publicly with donors and stakeholders.
  • Community feedback loops to keep programmes responsive and accountable.
